Airlines and loyalty programs is interesting. Just like hotel chains aren't in the guests and rooms business, they're in the franchising business. Their customers are franchise buyers. Google isn't in the search business it is in the ads business (but that we know). Funny how different many of these industries are.

On Agent ads. I don't think we'll be advertising to agents. We'll just be buying ads within agents to push forward the keywords and so forth. Agents will be trained to ignore ads.
